UK14.04关机关不彻底什么原因？

每次点击右上角的弹出的关机按钮后，最后有卡在ubuntukylin这个图片上，不知道什么原因？
实在不知道哪个进程在关机后还在运行了。

红色字体，有两个地方，我不知道哪个后面需要填写。因为关不了机，我的电脑重启，也重启不了，必须手动关机之后再按电源开机。

改了，没用，还是卡在那里

也许是你系统问题，我暂时没办法了。如果你记录了关机时的错误信息提示，你可以把那个信息用google搜索一下，也许就能找到解决方案。

用uk出现的问题感觉都是疑难杂张……轻易还解决不了

错误信息在日志里有记录吗？怎么查？
